Summary
Milton Friedman (New York, 1912 - San Francisco, 2006) was one of the most influential economists of the 20th Century. Prominent figure of the Chicago School, Friedman was an enthusiastic supporter of economic freedom in opposition to Keynesian regulation and interventionism. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economy in 1976.
